Bob is an associate at the firm’s Oconomowoc office and advises clients in matters of estate planning, elder law, municipal, real estate and divorce. Bob earned his Bachelor's Degree of Arts, majoring in journalism, from the University of St. Thomas in 1969, and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 1972. Bob has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Bob served as an Assistant District Attorney for Waukesha County from 1972 to 1977. He has served as Town Prosecutor for Summit from 1977 to the present, as Village Attorney for Sullivan from 1989 to the present, and Prosecutor for the Village of Lac Labelle from 1987 to the present. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association.
Bob is a member and past president of Oconomowoc Rotary Club, a member of the Quality Control Committee, a member of the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees of Memorial Hospital of Oconomowoc and Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc. Bob was born in Milwaukee and attends St. Jerome Catholic Church of Oconomowoc. He is married to Eileen Wilkinson Daly and they have two children.
