John M. (“Jack”) Bruce is one of the chapter authors of Wisconsin Methods of Practice, a multi-volume set of books providing a summary of Wisconsin law and related procedural issues published by West/Thompson.  The chapter prepared by Attorney Bruce is entitled “Statutory and Other Liens,” and addresses contractors liens, mechanics liens, hospital, landlord and other liens recognized in Wisconsin, and when and how they may be imposed.  Wisconsin Methods of Practice is regularly used by attorneys as a reference source in the day-to-day practice of law.

Jack, an attorney at the law firm of Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C., advises clients on issues of municipal and land use law, business and environmental law, and litigates issues in these areas, from the firm’s New Berlin office.

Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. has fourteen attorneys serving Southeastern Wisconsin from its offices in New Berlin, Oconomowoc and Wauwatosa.
