T. Michael Schober heads the firm's litigation and municipal law group. His practice focuses on land development and zoning issues along with related litigation. In addition, he handles civil litigation related to commercial matters and personal injuries.
Thomas G. Schober
Thomas G. Schober is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney. His practice concentrates on business and taxation law, with extensive transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions.
John C. Schober
John Schober concentrates on elder law, real estate, probate, estate planning and governmental law. He previously served as a New Berlin City Alderman and Common Council President and later as a Wisconsin State Representative. He currently serves on the State Election Board and is Village Attorney for Big Bend.
Robert F. Sullivan
Robert F. Sullivan advises clients doing business in a variety of industries on transactional matters including: business entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, real estate purchases and sales, employment, and other general business matters. He is also responsible for handling business litigation matters for corporate and individual clients.
Todd J. Mitchell
Todd J. Mitchell's focus is on estate planning, trusts, marital property, and estate settlements. In addition, Todd handles real estate transactions and works with small business owners in business succession planning and other corporate matters. He has over thirty years experience in estate planning and probate, having been a trust officer for two years and in private practice for the past thirty‑one years.
Robert C. Daly
Bob is an associate at the firm’s Oconomowoc office and advises clients in matters of estate planning, elder law, municipal and divorce. Bob earned his Bachelor's Degree of Arts, majoring in journalism, from the University of St. Thomas in 1969, and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 1972. Bob has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Laurie Schober Carnahan
Laurie Schober Carnahan's practice concentrates on real estate law, including real property sales and acquisitions, leasing, zoning issues, real estate financing, and brokerage matters.
Patricia Lohman Prestash
Patricia Lohman Prestash centers her practice in real estate, probate, estate planning, and small and medium‑sized business work. She has helped many management-level persons, who have been relocated into Wisconsin by the employer, in purchasing their homes.
Charles J. Stansberry Jr.
Charles Stansberry, Jr. is an associate in the firm's Oconomowoc office. He advises clients on issues of estate planning, Title 19 and elder law, real estate matters, probate issues and general corporate law. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Tamara M. Skoglund
Tamara M. Skoglund is an associate in the firm's New Berlin office. She advises clients on corporate and business law issues as well as practicing in the area of civil litigation relating to commercial matters and personal injuries. She is also able to assist the firm with matters involving taxation and other complex accounting issues.
James L. Steimel
Prior to joining the firm as "Of Counsel", Jim oversaw a general practice in the city of Waukesha for more than 40 years. In recent years, he primarily practiced in the Estate Planning and Business Law areas.
Todd M. Goodwin
Todd M. Goodwin advises clients on issues of contracts, entity formation, business law, real estate, estate planning, wills and trusts from the firm's New Berlin location. Todd is also available for client consultation from the firm's Oconomowoc location.
John M. Bruce
Attorney John M. (Jack) Bruce advises clients on issues of municipal and land use law, business and environmental law, and litigates issues in these areas. Jack is available for client consultation at the firm's New Berlin location.
Barry W. Szymanski
When Barry joined the firm as “Of Counsel”, he brought along expertise in many areas of law as an attorney, lecturer, and consultant in business/corporate/LLC, Chapter 181 non-profits, employer law, estate planning, real estate, and emergency medical services law. Barry consults with clients primarily from the Mayfair office location, but is also available at any of the firm’s other locations.
