Charles Stansberry, Jr. is an associate in the firm's Oconomowoc office.  He advises clients on issues of estate planning, Title 19 and elder law, real estate matters, probate issues and general corporate law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council.  He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Chuck earned his Bachelor's Degree of Arts, majoring in economics, from Northwestern University in 1996 and received his law degree from Marquette University cum laude in May of 2001.  He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Illinois State Bar, and the Colorado Bar Association.

Chuck currently resides in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
