Patricia Lohman Prestash centers her practice in real estate, probate, estate planning, and small and medium‑sized business work. She has helped many management-level persons, who have been relocated into Wisconsin by the employer, in purchasing their homes.
Prior to joining Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. on January 1, 2000, Patricia had her own law practice in Oconomowoc since 1982. She brings many years of experience in serving client's legal needs in a caring, professional manner.
Patricia graduated from the University of Wisconsin‑Milwaukee in 1977 with a 4.0 grade point average. Having lived in Wisconsin her entire life, she then moved to Chicago to study law at the Northwestern University School of Law, and received her law degree in 1980. At that time, she returned to Wisconsin to begin her law practice.
Patricia is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association. She is a past president of the Probate Section of the Waukesha County Bar Association. She is also an active member of Westbrook Church in Hartland, Wisconsin. She lives on Lac LaBelle in Oconomowoc, with her husband, Dr. Randy Prestash. They have called Oconomowoc their home since 1980. Her interests include travel, home improvement projects, and physical fitness.
