Attorney John M. (Jack) Bruce advises clients on issues of municipal and land use law, business and environmental law, and litigates issues in these areas.  Jack is available for client consultation at the firm's New Berlin location. 

 

Jack comes to Schober Schober & Mitchell from Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, S.C.  He is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, where he graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.  He has argued cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.  He is the author of articles published in The Municipality, the monthly magazine of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities, and has been a speaker at seminars related to Wisconsin land use laws, real estate litigation, and commercial and residential evictions.

 

Attorney Bruce is a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
