Charles Stansberry, Jr. (“Chuck”)

Charles Stansberry, Jr. (“Chuck”) is an associate in the firm’s New Berlin office.  He advises clients on issues of estate planning, Title XIX and Elder law, real estate matters, probate issues and general corporate law. 

Chuck attended Northwestern University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in economics in 1996.  He subsequently received his law degree from Marquette University cum laude in May of 2001. Chuck has been licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois in addition to being admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council as well as the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Illinois State Bar.

Chuck currently resides in Shorewood, Wisconsin.
