Dennis K. Sage

Dennis K. Sage has been an Attorney and Counselor at Law for 40 years.  He graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1967.  Dennis has been admitted to practice before the U. S. Supreme Court since 1981, the U.S. Tax Court since 1973, and the U.S. District Courts for Wisconsin [Eastern District] as well as all the State Courts of Wisconsin since 1967.  He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Dennis has had 24 years of extensive experience in major litigation in products liability and personal injury, 13 years of which were as a partner in the Otjen & Van Ert Law firm.  His practice has also included an emphasis on helping clients to protect and preserve their assets by using accepted Estate Planning, Tax Planning and Elder Law Planning techniques.

Prior to joining Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. Dennis was the senior partner in the Law Firm of Kenehan & Sage, S.C., where for 18 years he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate & tax planning, trusts, marital property, real estate, elder law planning, small business organization and probate & trust termination of estates.

Dennis and his wife for 42 years, Mary Pat, live in New Berlin.  They have six children.  They are members of Holy Apostles Catholic Church in New Berlin.  He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

In addition to practicing law Dennis enjoys playing golf with his sons and friends.  His passion has been coaching for 35 plus years - basketball and track - including starting the Track program at Holy Apostles grade school in 1994.
