John J. Sage 

Mr. John J. Sage earned his Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1988.  He worked at the Corporate Headquarters of the Sundstrand Corporation in Rockford, Illinois as an accountant and financial analyst.  While working in Illinois, Mr. Sage earned certificates as both a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and as a Certified Managerial Accountant (C.M.A.).

John earned his Juris Doctorate at Northern Illinois University in 1996, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  While in Law School, he was a member of Moot Court, worked as a clerk for a Federal District Court Judge in Rockford, Illinois, worked as the assistant to the General Counsel for the University, and served as an assistant editor for the Northern Illinois University Law Review.  He is a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois Bar Associations and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.

John is a member of the Wisconsin Elder Law Section and concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Elder Law, Probate, Business Law and Real Estate Law.

John served on the San Camillus Foundation Board of Directors from 1999 to 2004, and acted as the Westchester Neighborhood Association President from 1999 to 2005.  John and his two children, David and Anna, reside in Brookfield and are members of St. Luke Catholic Church.  John and his son David are black belts in Tae Kwon Do.  John's other hobbies include golf and softball.
