Robert F. Sullivan

Concentrating in Business, Real Estate, and Taxation Law

Robert F. Sullivan advises clients doing business in a variety of industries on transactional matters including: business entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, real estate purchases and sales, employment, and other general business matters. He is also responsible for handling business litigation matters for corporate and individual clients.

Rob was admitted to the State Bar in June of 1998, having earned a Juris Doctorate cum laude in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin ‑ Madison, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin ‑ Eau Claire in 1993.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob interned for the Honorable Charles N. Clevert, Federal Circuit Court Judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, where he researched and wrote bench opinions for the court. He also worked as a summer associate for a firm specializing in transactional issues and interned in the Continental Basketball Association's front office.

Rob is admitted to practice before the US District Court (Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin) and is a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Rob was born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and currently resides in Milwaukee with his wife Doris and two children.
